Our Story
Turning Pain Into Action
Bambi Lynne Whitehouse
October 27, 1958 - January 3, 2019
On January 3, 2019, Bambi Whitehouse lost her battle to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. She was diagnosed less than a year before the disease would ultimately take her life. Her son, Josh Ingram, and his wife, Madison, sought out to share Bambi's story in efforts to raise awareness of such a rare and God-awful sickness. Fill Your Lungs Foundation emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support patients and loved ones affected by IPF, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2021, we’re an organization driven by pure hearts, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support. Contact us to learn more and get involved.
